Position: -Hardware Architect
[Position Code:(TAP-HW)]
_ Qualification: -B.E/B.Tech /M.E/M.Tech Graduates.
_ Skill Sets: -
_ Hands-on experience in developing SONET/SDH/DWDM transmission
systems
_ Experience in all aspects of product development - architecture,
board-design, FPGA design, implementation and test
_ Experience in designing with embedded processors.
_ Experience with high-reliability and high-availability design.
_ Experience with design for test/manufacturability.
_ Strong knowledge of Regulatory standards (CE, NEBS) and design issues
for meeting regulatory standards.
_ Responsibilities: -
_ Responsible for end-to-end development of next-generation SONET/SDH
products of Tejas; leading teams of HW designers.
_ Responsible for all aspects of product development - architecture,
board-design, implementation, test and release.
_ Developing requirement documents for new product releases
_ Experience: -10-15 years.
_ Location-Bangalore.

_ Hands-on development experience with multitasking RTOS, C++, TCP/IP
in real-time embedded systems

teams.
_ Responsibilities: -
_ Develop product and feature requirements for new product releases
_ Responsible for managing all aspects of product releases architecture,
design, implementation, test and release
_ Hands-on development of critical portions of software.
_ Evaluating technical contribution of team members.
_ Evaluating product performance
_ Technical evaluation of potential hires
_ Responsible for leading teams and end-to-end development of embedded
