Analize technical needs, characteristics and performance of the existing and/or proposed systems and/or to give technical solutions to improve its performance focusing on costomers needs.
To give technical support to project managers and the customer, to make presentations and participate in technical discussions with customers.
Participate in customer projects, handling scope, risks, changes and customer expectations.
Acquisition of data and information related to system performance.
Coordination of field teams working with data acquisition, troubleshooting or implementing recommendations.
Understanding of impact and coordination of improvement activities with network design team.
Network performance investigation and assessment Issuing, discussing and/or implementation of recommendations for network improvement.
Knowledge of troubleshooting on areas with low performance (phsichal, parameters, frequency, neighbour relation, etc).
Knowledge of Ericsson counters and optimization process.
Knowledge of Drive test post processing and analyses. |
