1- AXD 301 - Be able to assist customers with O&M procedures and fault finding using the online AXD OPIs. Be able to obtain and interpret relevant system logs using AMS and be familiar with AXD 301 configuration within the EIN 3.1 environments.
2- APG 40 - Be able to assist customers with O&M procedures including hardware changes, obtain relevant system logs and be familiar with the FOS subsystem.
3- AXE ( TeS) – Be able to trouble shoot and configuration for AXE.
