Job Description:
- Analyze the subscriber complaint
- Collect the Traffic Statistics data
- Traffic Statistics data analyses and make the plan
- Collect the Alarm data of the OMC
- Collect the RF engineering parameter and Cell parameter
- Analyze the parameter
- Analyze the drive test data
- Make suggestions of Cell Design Data Adjustment
- Confirmation the effect of Cell Design Data adjustment
Experienced with the following tools:
- Tems Investigation, Route Analysis
- MapInfo Professional
- Asset3G and/or TCPU
- Actix
- MS Excel (VBA scripting) (optional)
Required Skills
- Practical approach to the RF related problems
- KPI understanding approach
- Customer Oriented
- Willing to travel and relocate in Turkey / Internationally
- Able to pass technical knowledge to the team members.
- Good skills in English, speaking/writing.
