Senior Engineers perform and manage the acitivities of Contractor personnel involved with the development, engineering, staging, interfacing, integration, testing and modification of complex classified and unclassified SIGNIT systems.
A minimum of 5 years engineering experience with CLASSIFIED systems
Within the last 5 years, a minimum of 3 years design, development or systems integration experience.
Aperture Antennas: Individual shall have tested aperture type antennae including lenses, dishes, PCB, slotted wave guides and/or other array types. Individual shall understand and be able to properly operate test equipment as network analyzers, power meters, and antenna pattern recorders. Individual shall be able to generate antenna specifications and identify solutions.
RF Systems: Individual shall have assembled and tested hardware operating in the 1MHz to 100 GHz frequency range. Individual shall have employed filters, amplifiers, oscillators, and mixers in their design and have an understanding of and experience with propagation of signals in coaxial cables, waveguide, and free space. Individual shall understand and be able to properly operate test equipment such as signal generators, network analyzers, power meters, noise figure measurement devices, and spectrum analyzers. Individual shall be able to generate system/component specifications as well as identify solutions
