MSS Technical Lead required for global telecommunications organisation in Dublin.
You will be responsible for Systems Integration.; Integration and Verification for standard and customized Wireless solutions or services.; Customer acceptance testing.; Support to customer tests and customer test environment.; Supply & Integration Projects involvement; Software Upgrades. ; Emergency Support 24X7; Troubleshooting; Outage Root Cause Analysis; CSR Handling; Software Updates; Feature Demonstration.
Applicants must have the following skills:
Detailed understanding of up to date MSS architecture, implementation and traffic cases.
Detailed understanding of , can create requirements for and Debug all relevant DT for the MSS architecture
Detailed understanding of customer solutions and can give advise and implement significant network changes such as upgrades and configuration changes of the following Ericsson Wireless MSS products: MSC-S R12.1
In depth knowledge of supporting and troubleshooting the following Ericsson MSS products: MSC-S R12.1
Proven experience of using relevant tools associated with MSS Network such as Ericsson OSS
