Position Overview:
Drives overall product introduction in the market and is responsible for maximizing the business.
Day-to-Day Experience:
- Develops and maintains the product business plan around 4P’s (Price, Product, Place, Promotion)
- Manages communication and relationship with regions/MU for assigned product
- Works with both Development and Sales & Marketing organization to manage market expectations/trends vs product capabilities
- Manage the information feedback from various areas and sell-in the product across areas/regions
- Prepare and present products for Tollgate approval, including risk assessment, business case analysis and recommendations
- Prioritize additions, improvements and corrections across incoming colliding (product) requirements
- Assess any deviation from plan in terms of product attributes, requirements, financial and logistic KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and initiate corrective actions informing and/or escalating in the process
- Ability to travel ~30% of the time both domestically and internationally
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Support departmental ad-hoc reporting, analyses, and presentation
- Strong communication, coordination, organization, and reporting skills required
- The ability to independently coordinate and follow-up with other team members
