Position Overview:
We are searching for a Product Planner to work with our central tier products. The products will be developed in RTP but will be launched globally.
Day-to-Day Experience:
-Actively work with Portfolio and Platform Planning to create clear and competitive value propositions and vigorously pursue their implementation with the project.
-Clearly and accurately create a product business plan that outlines the business case and the implementation of the 4Ps.
-Develop and present an agreed number of Inspirational studies/patent disclosures.
-Through consumer product research and previous product customer satisfaction surveys verify value proposition.
-Vigorously work with Project to achieve full product compliance on key requirements from major operators/regions.
-Actively develop and use sell in material to increase product knowledge amongst the Sales and Marketing organization to secure unconditional buy-in.
-In collaboration with the major customers, actively promote the product and secure ranging decision with major operators.
-Working closely with the project to meet and exceed the agreed RTL CoS target for the defined product.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
-Actively visit Regions, Market Units and operators and take an active and constructive part in the meetings.
-Perform regular shop visits to monitor competitive landscape at local end user level.
-At trade shows work with the competitive intelligence team in actively gathering competitive information.
