Our client is looking for experience 3G RF Optimization Engineers with strong Nokia experience for their project based in Colombia. Experience and skills: Optimisation, capacity. Coverage optimisation, Neighbour optimisation, Pilot Pollution optimisation, Soft Handover optimisation. Neighbour Analysis (ADJS, ADJG, ADJW and ADCE).
Co-ordinating DT Team for site Audits and Troubleshooting for problematic sites. Perform 2G&3G coverage and capacity measurements outdoor and indoor for Micro and Macro Cell Sites, RF planning and cover analysis. Radio Drive Testing, Perform field tests (Voice, Video, Circuit Switch and Packet Switch ie Intra SHO and Inter SHO) to meet DU Key Performance Indexes ie RF and In-call (End to End), Network Performance Acceptance (NPA). Site Feasibility Studies (preparing SARF's, analysing received SARs, preparing TSS's, analysing received TSSR's).
Coverage Surveys (Prioritisation of site candidates, taking part in technical site survey). RF System Design (configuring sites, RNP frequency and parameter planning and optimization). Understanding Link Budget Analysis. Understanding Capacity/Traffic Planning & Cell Loading Analysis. Understanding Cost and Build Time Forecasting. Report Generation. Cover analysis for Coverage optimisation, Neighbor optimisation, Pilot Pollution optimisation, Soft Handover optimisation. Intra (WCDMA (soft and softer handover) and Inter (WCDMA-GSM) System Handover Analysis. Neighbour Analysis (ADJS,ADJG,ADJW and ADCE). Antenna orientation and tilts for 2G & 3G Network. In-building/Pico Cell Coverage testing at major customer s premise. Conduct verification test on Remote Control Units. Node B or BTS alarm check. Parameter checks/changes on databases (Nokia Plan Editor v4.5.4). Parameter checks/changes on Nokia Netact Planner propagation tool.
