MUST BE ABLE TO OBTAIN A SECRET CLEARANCE
Position Description:
Candidates should be capable of performing antenna analysis and radio propagation modeling to determine receive power reception from singular or multiple transmitters. This engineer should have experience using typical field or power measuring equipment. Past experience leading small teams on RF or communications projects is also considered a plus. Candidate will be responsible for independently performing professional engineering assignments in functional areas which involve the planning, evaluation and substantial adaptation and modification of standard techniques, procedures and criteria.
Moreover, the successful candidate should have a solid background in electrical engineering principles of communication, digital signal processing, signal modulation techniques and multiple access techniques for wireless transmission. A Bachelor\'s degree is required and higher education levels are considered a plus in fields such as electrical engineering, communications or physics is highly desirable. Past experience in complex mathematics is also considered a plus.
Specific experience with MATLAB, OpNet, Visualize, and STK are considered a plus.
The candidate must be able to obtain a DoD security clearance and have cumulative, relevant past experience of 12+ years.
