SENIOR RF SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN

Clients, who are generally Motorola authorized full service mobile radio and wireless communications dealers, seek a qualified technicians or field engineers to install, repair, align and maintain two-way radio communication systems in one of our many Service Center located throughout the nation.
Salary/wage range: $40K to $70K plus employee benefits
Tasks include:
• Install and provide technical support for VHF/UHF and 800/900 MHz analog and digital systems, mobile and portable subscriber equipment
• Install and maintain communications console equipment; diagnose and repair public address systems, emergency vehicle siren and lighting systems.
The ideal candidate must have 3 to 5 years experience in the radio and communication area, extensive knowledge/understanding of two-way radio theory and communications systems. An FCC General Radiotelephone Operator License, FCIA, NABER or equivalent industry certification a plus! Candidates must also possess clean driving record and valid drivers license. Must also be willing and able to work after normal business hours on call duties.
