ParaCell Resources is looking for a RF Network Performance with proved experience with RAN services (BASS or NPI).
Five years working on GSM networks. Good knowledge on RAN KPI performance and analysis. Mandatory experience with Business counters and Ericsson radio parameters.
Main Tasks:Frequency Utilization Evaluation. Cell Consistency Check. Parameters Analysis. Network Benchmark against Ericsson Network Quality Benchmark NetQB. Worst Cells Analysis.
Deliverables: Ericsson Best Practices suggest parameters value. KPI Benchmark against NetQB values. Top 10 worst cells analyses/impact. Hardware Alarms.
