Subordinates: VAS Marketing Team
Position Responsibilities:
Enhancing revenue of various products i.e. SMS, caller Tunes, Voice based Value Added Services. Achieving revenue targets, product penetration and enhancement of existing services. Coordinating with various internal departments like technical, customer service, IT & Billing for a smooth and speedier deployment of services and regular operations. Coordination with cross functional teams and vendors in order to ensure launch timelines. Documentation and maintaining track of all undertaken activities. Coordinating with Siemens Engineers for various technical issues.
Qualifications / Experience required:
• Minimum +3 years experience in Marketing and deployment of VAS.
• Knowledge of basic and new VAS.
• Experienced in coordinating with the various vendors on VAS issues
• Experienced in evaluating business case of services
• Familiar with Siemens products
Skills and Performance Dimensions / Education:
• Strong GSM, computer and Management skills.
• Strong communication, learning, teamworking and problem solving skills.
• Postgraduate in Management (MBA) or a graduate degree in Electronics/Computer Engineering.
Other Skills:
• Enjoys pressure and accustomed to working to targets
• Strong ability to develop and motivate others.
• Strong Customer relations
• Communicates comfortably and effectively at all levels.
• Strong Business Case Evaluation Skills
As complement to the required skills the candidate must be available for a very challenging mission that will require relevant efforts and commitment in order to reach the company goals in Afghanistan. The candidate must be able to work independently and organize the BSS department of the company. He has to follow up strongly with Siemens on various technical issues so as to expedite the launch of VAS for the company.
