I am a 30 year old Masters Degree holder in Geographic Information system from the University of Lagos Akoka as well as Bachelors degree holder in Geography and Planning from the Lagos State University Ojo both in Nigeria
I have a 4 year work experience in the Pharmaceutical, Construction,Telecommunications and most recently the Engineering consultancy industries of Nigeria where I was a Customer care/warehouse officer, Administrative officer and acquisition/logistics Specialist and a Business development Manager respectively. In each of these positions I was able to bring to bear the ability to meet deadlines, plan, coordinate and execute projects efficiently as well as being able to offer qualitative advise when sought by management.
In a 3 year span under Globacom Limited employment as an Acquisition Specialist, My responsibility included community relations/conflict management. I acquired sites for the installation of B.T.S and B.S.C equipments. In this capacity I negotiated,acquired sites for Globacom cutting across 78 communities as well as 8 states of the nation. I also did due diligence to ensure the authenticity of land owners before final acquisition.I mediated on behalf of Globacom in conflict resolutions so as to maintain hitch free construction on all the sites within the Niger-delta region comprising of Rivers,Bayelsa,Akwa-Ibom,Abia,Imo states. I have worked extensively in these areas and have brought to bear incisive and timely measures to forestall breakdown of negotiations/relationships.
My role has ensured timely delivery of sites as well as ensured that we rolled-out in diverse areas faster than the competition could measure up to . I am conversant with civil work activities due to my supervision of site construction from foundation , rigging of tower to equipment deployment.
