Technical Skills summary-

Working as BSS Engineer which includes Installation, Commissioning Provisioning and Troubleshooting for traffic affecting Management and NMS/EMS and PDH relates issues.
Working as an O&M Engineer in Maxis-Aircel (NOKIA) project at around the clock (24 hour).
Responsible for the Operation & Maintenance of existing BTS sites (Metro Hub site, Flexi sites) in GSM 1800 band.
Responsible for the Operation & Maintenance of existing BSC-3i of NOKIA.
Responsible for acceptance tests of new cell sites (i.e. testing calls, handovers, and VSWR measurement and verifying all external alarms reporting to the OMC).
Responsible for all technical issues / fault diagnosis at BTS sites, Microwaves, transmission media, BSC cards (ETs, BCSU and MCMU, AS-7B).
Responsible for sites loop plan activity using protection devices.
Responsible for O & M of METRO Hubs of NOKIA.
Under maintenance work troubleshooting of PDH & SDH Network related problems.
Check E1 constraint as per NODES.
Installation and maintenance of EMS and NMS related Issues.
Keeping track of all alarm/Fault conditions from BTS sites.
Up gradation of BTS sites for better network performance.
Material and Man Management

Material Management Maintaining inventory and Repair and replace record, accessories and subsequent transfer of material to various site location.
Managing and coordinating with various team so as facilitate site planning and equipment installation.

Achievements

Manage very important customer and provide end to end solutions to ensure better customer relationship.
Completed integration and commissioning of more than 110 sites in Maharashtra, Gujrat, and NCR region for Bharti & Maxis.
Worked on all type of equipments provided by NOKIA SIEMENS NETWORK in Maxis- Mumbai & Bharti-Airtel project in Maharashtra
