Radio network design and engineering for Amman and all Jordan governorates from scratch including all geo-marketing activities. Assist on business planning, development and crafting wi-tribes strategy.
Achievements
Successful design and roll-out of wi-tribe network all over Jordan.
Manage the project of network migration that includes E2E testing for all network entities and integration with all sub-systems.
Setup Geo-marketing plan which includes long term and short term forecasts with strategic selection of new areas.

Roles and Responsibilities
Radio network design and engineering for the southern area of Jordan including successful design and roll-out of 80 new BSs during 1 year.
Achievements
Successful design and expansion roll-out of Orange GSM network in south.
Integration of old sites with new sites and optimize performance of overall network.
Enhance network performance and assign areas to be fixed.
Network capacity study and action plan to relief congestions.
Optimize network performance by assigning low performing BSs and relocate them to new hot areas that bring up radio network utilization and performance.
Results
On time delivery of network expansion phase in southern Jordan with 80 BSs optimized and integrated with existing network and meet Orange KPIs.
