Optimization of the N/W by checking Pilot Pollution, overshooting cells and missing neighbors to fix the Call drops and meeting the desired KPIs
Single site optimization to get the best RSCP & EcIo for that site along with good throughput values
HSDPA analysis on the basis of CQI and codec allocation to get the root cause of bad throughput values
Getting the best Adjacencies in place (ADJS,W&G) to check missing neighbor and optimizing the ISHO success rate
UMTS Network key parameters like EcIo, RSCP, etc improvement and with the help of pre and post Drive logs conducted on PROBE, XCAL & TEMS drive tool.
Post Processing of 3G Drive data on GNEX ASSISTANT,XCAP & ACTIX for problem analysis (Coverage, Call Drops and Call Setup Fails), solutions and recommendation in terms of Azimuth, Power, and Tilt, Neighbor list updating.
Responsible for HSDPA and CS &PS rollout and optimization, It involved improving DL throughput accessibility KPI, Mobility KPI and RF issues (CQI),BLER This meant performing DT, DT logs analysis and collecting traffic statistics For those cells that share carriers between HSDPA and R99.

Interference detection & Rectification, Sector Swapping & Neighbor optimization.
