Offshore Team Lead
As an Offshore Team Lead for Scheduled Auto Forms & Rating application, my responsibilities include estimating the tasks, task allocation, analysis, technical design, coding, testing, peer-review, resource utilization, status reporting and production support. The bulk of the processing takes place in the 10 zonal offices and the processing in the corporate is confined to Group Medical Insurance (GMID) & certain Reports generation. The Policy system aids in issuance of new policies, maintaining the history of the policyholders, and the changes pertaining to policyholders.

The Claims system's function is to process the claims raised & print the checks and the associated explanation of benefits. The Claims system also maintains the history of claims.
