Capacity Upgradation, E1 Planning & Forwarding for the New Nokia Sites. Integrating More than one no of site in a single E1. Call Testing, Handover Testing – Within the Cell and Adjacent Cell. Rectification for Faults of different Units. VSWR & Power Measurement. Clock Stability Optimizing using Anritsu Frequency Counter.
Apart from this working as a Team lead for the Project, & performing activities such as: Planning for the Upcoming Job with available Human Resources. Interaction with the Project Manager for all related activity. Interacting with Planning Department for Transmission & RF plans. Circulating plans such as RF Parameters, Link Budgets, etc for the Sites to all my teams. Monitoring Activities of all my teams working at different locations. Taking care of Materials Movement for my sites.
