Project Description Pre-SoC validation of the different modules of the Data Path Acceleration Module(DPSS) with in the network IC.
o Validated Buffer Manager Block and Cryptographic Assurance and Acceleration Module.
Work Description
o Initially started of with writing validation scripts in C, and then moved into C++.
o Wrote several scripts in Python to automate several validation codes.
o Started of as team member and showed ownership of the assigned task and later was promoted to role of Module Leader, as part of this role was responsible for providing technical assistance to three team members.
o Was part of 2 member team who were to visit the client side for knowledge transition at the end of project.

o Project Description Development of BSC software.
o Currently working in PUBDAT (Parameter Update) module which is responsible for Radio Network elements configuration/management/maintenance.
o PUBDAT module is also responsible of handling PCU pooling and ETP handling ETP restarts.
o Even though was new to this technology was able to quickly grasp things and do productive works. Gained good knowledge in GSM/GPRS while in project. Was an integral part of the team which successfully delivered S15 a major milestone in NSN. Helped team to bring to bug count to below 5 and maintain it in that range. Was part of various integration teams and helped resolve issues very fast Often got accolades for the quality of code, timely delivery and ownership of tasks during the tenure in project. After S15 release was involved in mentoring and providing technical guidance to other team members and helps then deliver quality products in further releases.
Work Description
o Started of with the development of Extended CCCH feature which was critical and was able to deliver the same meeting all strict deadlines.
o Then was responsible for A Over IP feature and which included a complex restart scenario which was developed and delivered with out much defects reported.
o Was part of A Over IP integration team, worked very closely with telecom team, test engineers and integration team in delivering the fixes on time
o Also part of the maintenance team which is responsible for fixing all defects reported in PUBDAT module.
o Have always shown ownership of the tasks assigned which was subjected to lot of appreciation from higher management.
o Responsible for Dynamic PCU pooling Feature, heading a team of 5 members.
o Gave technical assistance to the Dynamic PCU pooling feature team and successful in coming with a real efficient design for the same.
o Played a key role in BSS integration activities from PUBDAT module. Was able to debug many crashes that occurred in PUBDAT and provide fixes for the same.
o Have been representing the PUBDAT module in all IS workshops to analyze different features
o Crash expert of the PUBDAT team, also looks after the various sync issues across the active and spare units.
o Was able to find the root cause for various customer Pilot issues and provide quick fixes for the same
o Also part of large network and restart team which handles all the system level issues related to large network configuration same and was also able to resolve many complex issue which came up during the testing
o Able to provide inputs to solve various issues reported in other modules as well.
o Very often appreciated by the higher management for the debugging skills I possess.
o Enhanced the PCU Pooling Simulator developed in Python for Packet Abis Pooling and Dynamic PCU Pooling feature.
o Attended IS workshops representing my team for the below feature

o Was able to provide technical guidance to the team members working on the above feature and help them deliver quality code for these entire feature against which very few bugs were reported.
o Guiding team mates to come up with efficient design for all these features and also review the quality of deliverables
o Have been attending various sessions to enhance the knowledge about DXMSEE architecture and various features already implemented
ACADEMIC PROJECTS
Main Project - Analysis of Finger Plethysmograph Made probe for acquiring the plethismograph waves from our finger and analyzed the acquired wave. Inference of the project was that the notch in the wave obtained will be absent for aged people because of arterial stiffness and will be absent for people having diabetics.
Mini Project Blood Glucometer - Made a device to measure the sugar content of our blood. Blood glucometers available in market takes around 45-60 secs to generate the reading but designed a device to generate the reading in 15 secs maximum.
