Coordinate with the other technical departments inside MOOV. The project consisted in the installation of 316 new radio access GSM 2G+ sites in 1 year and the swap of 75 radio access GSM 2.5 G sites to Huawei and the installation of 2 Huawei BSC with the implementation of 2 new MW SDH backbones all over Ivory Coast.

- Managed efficiently 7 infrastructure subcontractors and 2 vendors.

Manage the roll out of 180 GSM radio access sites in 9 months and the acceptance of 170 GSM radio access sites including the implementation of 2 new MSCs.
