Data collection and analysis for Power and fuel consumption and carryout cost saving initiatives.
Data collection and root cause analysis of breakdowns, resolving internal customer complaints
Preparation and implementation of preventive maintenance schedules for individual equipment and machinery.
Coordinating with client and SMC to make project a success.
Responsible for Quality Assurance of AIPL sites as per clients norms.
Managing the vendors and SMCs for clearing the punch points if any.
Checking of quality of equipment for cell site in respect of their efficiency.
Ensuring the proper voltage amplitude, signal frequency, voltage and current
balance for the system.
Concerning the quality standards of electrical power supplied by the
concessionary system.
Quality checking of electrical equipment for cell site.
Preparation of site AT format, conducting AT & Taking over of full-furnished cell site from the contractors
Diagnose the fault in cell site equipment like DG, PIU, Battery Bank and
Power Plant and resolve it.
Managing to ensure an uptime of 99.98% of power systems, power plants for DC distribution, as well as back up systems like Diesel generators and UPS systems, air-conditioning, stabilizers, Fire Alarm Systems.
