1 Providing telecom network & extending communication facilities through planning, commissioning, operations & maintenance of ERICSSON RBS 2000 series.
2 Managing the complete range of project activities right from conceptualisation, costing/ route budgeting, site survey to installation, testing and maintenance of links.
3 Carrying out advance planning for resource mobilisation, manpower deployment and rendering technical support ensuring the execution of projects within time, cost & budgetary parameters.
Maintenance Operations
4 Planning and effecting preventive maintenance schedules of various machineries and instruments to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.
5 Identifying areas of obstruction/breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools.
6 Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in O&M Expenditures and work within the budget.

Operations and maintenance of ERICSSON RBS 2000& 6000 series & Nokia BTS (6601,6202,2964,2954,2111,2964v2,flexi,Ultra), microwave solutions for inter BTS sites connectivity, ERICSSON PDH RADIOS of different capacities ( ML-E), PDH radios of Nokia, ERICSSON Traffic Node,NEC,NERA microwave changeover and hop tuning, monitoring and rectification of CF and TRX faults, microwave transmission network, DDF and PCM routing.
