Technical Support
Assisting in the execution of technical meetings with customer for requirement gathering; promptly troubleshooting client’s problems to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Planning to survey the sites.
Planning solutions and executing them when faced with bottlenecks in the network.
Providing all kinds of technical support to the BTS site to meet the Key Performance Indicators.
RF Engineering
Perform the following RF network design, planning and optimization activities as required.
Fully proficient in set-up, calibration, utilization, and data post processing of drive-test hardware and software products
Post Processing of the data in range of data views, including maps, grids, line graphs, bar graphs, pie charts, surface grids, colour grids, spreadsheets.
Hands-on experience with wireless systems and equipment.
Identifying poor coverage and quality patches through drive test and making action plan to resolve the same.
Analysis of Drive Log files & providing solutions.
Monitoring network parameters like RSCP, EC/IO, RLC Throughput, HSDPA, PDP, HSUPA, PING, MULTI-RAB.
Monitoring events like handover, cell reselection.
Solving Cable SWAP, Overshooting of Sector by down tilting and Less Calls by Re-Orient site azimuth.
Meeting deadlines without compromising quality norms, delivery management & post implementation support.
