Summary My experience of working with various testing methodologies , along with development experience, has given me the ability to operate in a solution space with a end to end perspective and knowledge in planning right test strategy. My technical inputs and solutions on test strategy are always driven by the short and long-term business objectives of a given project. A test perspective of issues and solutions is what drives me to work every day.

Description This project is involved in feature testing on LTE Manager running on the network devices and network manager machines (Turgo server) in LTE solution offered by Motorola. Basic and important components in EMS are Fault Management (FM), Configuration Management (CM). My responsibilities in this team include driving LTE Manager Box test - Preparation of Test Strategy, Test Plan preparation, Test cases execution, generating S-Curves, co-ordinating between different test teams - SV & SE teams, bug status tracking, setting up and maintaining test environment & mentoring other testers.
Test Activities

LTE UE Network Acquisition and UE Call Processes

Testing feature attributes and MOCs from FM GUI and CM GUI
eNB IM (Information Model) and Policies.

Involved in End-to-End Testing Feature test requirements ( L1 / L2 / L3), use cases interpretation, test plan preparation, effort estimation, execution of test cases.
Interface between the other local test teams, for feature Box test updates. Involved in analysis of issues reported by SV test team ( System Verification ) and development teams.
Developing additional test cases, based on the escape defects observed in initial phase of testing.
Responsible for the maintenance of the overall Test Metrics and Generation of Test Reports, Defect Reports for the project.

Impact The LTE Manager is a low cost, new high performance air interface for cellular mobile communication systems LTE Manager is acting as element management solution (EMS) for the Motorola LTE network.
LTEManager is one of the key component in the Moto Management Solution and ultimately in the success of Motorolas LTE program. This being a to-be-deployed technology, my deliverables here are time critical and the testing results went for field trials and demos with the client within very short cycle times.

Description This project is involved in management agent running on the network devices and network manager (SNMP Manager) machines in LTE solution offered by Motorola.My responsibilities in this team include driving MA DIT (Development Integration testing) - Preparation of Test Strategy, Test Plan preparation, Test cases execution, generating S-Curves, bug status tracking, setting up and maintaining test environment & mentoring other testers.

Impact Motoagent is an interface with the NE and hence testing motoagent has vital importance in LTE product .DIT testing of motoagent is critical for a stable interface with NE. SNMP manager is used as network manager.

Description This project is involved in resolving client issues of network management software on the WiMax Access Points of Motorola. My responsibilities in this team included setting up and maintaining of AP Lab, resolve client issues in AP loads.

Description This project is to provide knowledge training on the IOT activities to be carried out at client place in Beijing.
Impact Motorola product was ready for commercial launch at client place. This being a commercial launch, to stress in the quality of the product, I worked in Beijing to provide knowledge training on IOT activities required to ensure the quality.

GSM Mobility Management C, Unix, Anite Dongle
Description This project is involved in implementation of GSM mobility management. I was involved in design, development, unit testing of GSM Mobility Management module. This is a in-house project. Mobility Management module used to inform the Network about the location of the mobile ,along with other features. I also worked in integration testing of MM, where interaction with other modules like Call Control scenarios is tested. This is tested with Anite host based Dongles.

1. BRAVO award (10) from PMO for exceptional execution of the MotoAgent project, especially with respect to work done regarding raising critical SRs and stretching beyond wee hours to deliver on time.
