Project was successfully achieved ahead of timelines as Rogers launched LTE ahead of other carriers in Canada
Extended LTE support to smartphones by deploying the first Ericsson CSFB solution in North America
Planned the integration of the LTE EPC with the IMS core to support VoLTE
Worked with business & technology stakeholders, proactively identified conflicts and issues, managed relations between various teams and stakeholders such as vendors, PMOs, technology development, engineering, change control, testing and operations teams.
