Involve in Maxis 3G deployment and rollout for W900 and U2100 project.
Responsible for radio network planning and design. Plan and manage 2nd carrier / 3rd carrier activation, HSDPA / HSUPA activation.
Perform coverage simulation and prediction. Site validation, details RF and cell parameter planning.
Familiar with multilayer frequency network strategy and perform PSC planning by RNC. Prepare new site script and carry out neighbor planning relationship for 3G & 2G.
Network performance analysis, monitoring during 2nd carrier / 3rd carrier activation also W900 / New Sites deployment and CHR analysis.
Analyze drive test result, perform RF optimization and parameter modification to improve coverage and network quality.
