Report and doing presentation drive test result before and after cluster swap and new BTS. Doing optimization to reach the KPI target CSSR, CDR, CSR, MPD, HOSR, PSR, LUSR. Doing meeting and presentation to customer, BSS team, TRS team, Project Manager every week to show and evaluate the OSS network performance, expansion and swap rogress .
Doing ATP (acceptance) for the successful cluster to achieve the KPI target. Doing benchmarking with other operator for signal strength, CSSR, CDR, SQI and PDD (Post Dial Delay).
