Activities in Project / Multy-project Management
Participated as a founding expert-team member for set-up of the first GSM network and operations in Macedonia in 1996 within the operational framework of the incumbent state operator Macedonian Telecommunications. Responsible for the Billing, Customer Care and Information Technology aspects.
Coordinated the business process mapping, policy implementation and system integration of IT and Core Network elements at MobiMak.
Participated in the privatization process of Macedonian Telecommunications in 2001. Was responsible for the IT / CS due-diligence liaison with the investors.
