LTE Trial Project Manager
Set objectives and priorities for the execution of work in line with the project scope and Client's requirements. Ensure a detailed Project Plan and necessary and satisfactory project procedures are established to direct all project work in order to maintain timely execution and quality of work.
Monitor project progress and proactively track bottlenecks and related issues to ensure that project schedules and key milestones are satisfactorily met. Coordinate project activities with all involved departments and sections departments to ensure well-ordered, end-to-end execution of all project tasks.
Supervise work results and compare results with guidelines and project plans.
Ensure that results are compiled, documented and forwarded to Client in required format, quantity and quality, and ensure timely and correct presentation and explanation of results. Establish mechanism to track, review and clarify problem issues raised in the project, and to identify actions needed to resolve project blocking issues.
Hold regular project progress review and coordination meetings with key project team members, with Contractors, and other project stakeholders. Conduct regular reviews of changing project requirements, organization and resource needs, and provide recommendations for changes accordingly.
Responsible for O&M of ZTE IP transmission network based on ZXCTN products (ZXCTN 9004, 6300, 6200, 6100)
Fault management and troubleshooting of TMPLS tunnels configuration, PW configuration, Ethernet services configuration, CES services configuration, OAM network, and nodes. Providing support to other departments for fault management and troubleshooting. Detecting and removing single points of failures in network, loopback problems, and securing network from broadcast storms implementing access lists.
Responsible for Service network planning and deploying, OAM network planning and deploying, Low level and high level documentation preparation, procedures creation and delivery to customer, Customer training in O&M procedures and service creation, Preparing upgrade procedures and upgrading, Active participation in equipment commissioning and installation, Implementation of Daily, Monthly, Yearly procedures and maintenance on network nodes (backup, check out, etc), Performance management, Active participation in weekly meetings with customer.
Responsible for O&M of ZTE Core switches ZXCTN 9008
Fault management and troubleshooting of L2 connections, L3 connections, VRRP, routing. Providing support to other departments for fault management and troubleshooting, mirroring traffic and analyzing with Wireshark. Detecting and removing single points of failures in network, loopback problems, and securing network from broadcast storms implementing access lists.

Fault management and troubleshooting of Operating system issues, Veritas cluster issues, EMS to nodes connectivity, EMS T31 issues and problems, Hardware platform.
Responsible for Alarm monitoring and troubleshooting alarm ceasing (covering ZXCTN 9008, 9004, 6300, 6200, 6100), Inventory management, and Performance management.
Responsible for basic O&M of ZTE ZXWN-PS core nodes (SGSN, GGSN)
Fault management and troubleshooting of Mobile subscribers, APNs, ISAKMP and IPSEC debugging.
Responsible for Alarm monitoring and troubleshooting, alarm ceasing. Services planning and interconnection planning toward different systems.
ZXMW microwave trial project participation, commissioning and configuration of NR8250, U31 NMS system integration in current network.
Responsible for basic O&M of Core switches and firewalls in VAS-CvBS network. Network is based on Cisco switches 3560, 3750, Netscreen SGS520 firewalls.
