Installation, configuration, start up and maintenance of all types of ERICSSON'S BTS such as indoor(2216, 3206),outdoor(2116,3107) , , micro BTS (2308,2309) and the new battery cabinet(PBC6500) which will be operate with 3G (UMTS)technology.
Installation and configuration of MINI LINK indoor (HC, BNC, DF, TN and fan unit) and outdoor (dish antenna, RAU, RF cable and earth kit).
After installation of dish antenna in cascaded sites and making alignment of antenna to get a high received power
Work for 2 day of week as a quality auditor to check and supervision the engineer installation of sites to improve our quality in agreement with ERICSSON and ETISALAT MISR, Some example of my responsibility as a quality auditor engineer are:
Check the installation of all types of RBS, BBS, PBC, TRM cabinets as standard of ERICSSON and agreement of acceptance team of ETISALAT MISR.
Make an auditing to:
Earthing to all equipment which must be directed to main earthing system.
AC, DC, Alarm cable, Jumpers connection, PCM cable and optic cable and their connection must be as standard.
MINI LINK installation and good insulation of connection of RF cable and earth of RAU in outdoor and earth kit must be in straight distance before RF cable entered the shelter and connected that earth in direction of the main erathing system.
Separation between power and signal cable, Cable must not in strain against sharp edge, Installation and sealing of cable inlet.
Antenna feeders and distribution cables, antenna direction and tilt angles, Installation and earthing of TMA ,Feeder fixing and claming, Space between feeder clamps in tower, Earthing kit of feeder outdoor, Sealing of feeder inlet and drip loop on feeder before cable inlet.
