I supervised all Motorola sites from Dhaka office in different region and giving second level support regarding power and electrical related issue to the regional Operational & Maintenance team (FO) as well as Rollout department.
I analyzed a power outage report, External alarms and making a monthly report and giving proposal for smooth operations.

I have to deal with Warid regarding the all kind of electrical work, Electrical equipment, status of power connection, Site progress and have to provide them all necessary technical information about our site.
I have to deal with DC (Battery, Rectifire) power supplier regarding all of this technical specification, warranty issue, planning of DC power supply system.
I have designed the equipment layout for equipment room and Generator room.
I also have to deal with our all rezone regarding all kind of electrical work, the status of power connection, Site progress and have to provide them all necessary support to run the work smoothly.
I have designed the complete site earthling and electrical plan for BTS,BSC Sites.
I have made the single line diagram of MDB,SDB, and control circuit for AC, Aviation light ,DC Exhaust fan
I have finalized the technical of HVAC as per calculation the total heat dissipation.
I contacted with the Generator, AC, AVR and electrical product related to the telecom field supplier and approved the technical specification and supervised them.
I’ve good practice in dealing with power offices (PDB, REB, DESA, DESCO) and I also have very good relation with concern persons of power office which help me to make my job easy and early.
I also have to deal with our subcontractor regarding the status of power connection, Site progress and have to provide them all necessary support to run the work smoothly.
I have to make the quotation for AC, AVR, Generator, and Electrical wiring work and Ground system to our subcontractor.
I am responsible for acceptance (PAT) the site from the subcon and handover to customer
I have to liaison with other department such as transmission, BSS,RF for collecting the proper information and according to this taking necessary action.

In our Production Department we have almost 100 of BSC Engineers, Diploma Engineers, Negotiators and Technicians. As a senior engineer I have to organize all these employees and utilize them as per the job requirement.
