November 2010 - June 2011. I worked as a customer project manager (CPM) to deploy a transmission network in Venezuela to CANTV operator to support Neurona, plan de lineas and NGN customer internal projects. This project covers the whole country with a total of 26 mini-link High Capacity radios, 5 traffic nodes radios, and 2 Traffic Nodes as multiplexor. I was in charge of developing the project management plan (risk, cost, schedule, scope, quality, change, procurement, communication). I Performed project control measuring plan against actual performances (cost, schedule, technical), using fixed KPI and threshold for time, cost and scope. For internal purpose EVM was used to evaluate costs and schedule. Also, I performed Budget management through SAP system, which main purpose was to Monitor WIP, RUC, Actual costs, Commitments, workman hours, purchase orders and billing. I was Responsible for handling customer relationship, project documentation, archiving and accountable for reaching project monetary margin negotiated and agreed with the commercial account before project execution toll gate 2 (TG2).

This is a turnkey project covering the capital, central and west region of the country with a total of 342 sites (phase I and II). My relevant achievements on this job were the management of the swapping of 138 BTS sites in 50 days at Infonet GSM operator west Venezuela, including BTS sites and two core networks.
