Project Manager (PM) Jamaica Mobile network expansion project
o Recently lead deployment of 70 collocated new sites to completion an expansion to the Mobile Network budget managed US$7.5m.
o Created budget costing template for the 70 collocated development business case to approval.
o Support senior PM for deployment of Ericsson 3G Mobile Network upgrade project phase 1.
o Lead deployment 38 additional Greenfield sites, budget managed 6.4 million.
o Deployed 200 850 MHz band Overlay and 12 Greenfield sites GSM network. Core expansion BSC, TCU, PCUSN, SMSC/MMSC and PSTN. An aggressive seven months schedule, budget managed 18.3 million.
o 33 850 MHz band Overlay and 25 Greenfield sites, core expansion SPM and RTU platform, budget 7.8 million.
o 20 850 MHz band and 25 addition Greenfield sites, core network expansion BSC and TCU, budget 5.0 million.
o Modify existing cell site construction quantities, involving key procurement and acquisition stakeholders.

o POTS and Switching (NEAX & Nortel DMS) network expansion, including Central Office buildings.
