Telecommunication missions consist on
Conception of Network Design (architecture of the networks) of transmission by Microwave
(PDH, SDH, GSM900, DCS 1800 et WIMAX)
Conceive a network by studying an evaluation targeted by the activity of the customers, of the vision of the services, of the operational environment as well as the safety (security) and the network reliability. My intervention consists of the advice (council) and the conception by collecting all the essential functions (offices) in order to guarantee the implementation of a flexible and profitable network infrastructure, in
* Advice in network Conception From the evaluation in the planning to the detailed conception (Feasibility study (Path clearance) of the links, Energy balance etc.).
* Applications Advice From functional needs until the target architecture.
* Safety Advice Evaluation of the risks, the politic of safety, conception of the architecture and the activitys plan of continuity.
* Network optimization and Services Recommendations and corrective actions, methods and tools allowing to improve the services quality offered to the user and of the network design.
Line of sight study (using topographic tools)
Determination of the terrain elevation and sites co-ordinates, Generate the profiles using existing data base,
Optimum antenna heights calculation according to CCIR clearance criteria using Pathloss (simulation software),
Detection and inspection of critical points on field,
Profiles validation and determination of the new towers height.
Base Station Sub-system (BSS) and Site installation survey
- Site layout execution in order to design the appropriate tower location, the technical building, and the solar panels when needed.
- Room layout execution in order to choose the appropriate location for different equipment (Transmission, GSM and power supply)
- Calculation of the feeders and other cables length
- In case of existing towers re-use, a detailed study is performed for existing antenna heights, diameters, azimuths plus measurements of the frame and steel elements (length, thickness).
- Frequency survey for neighbor existing sites (to avoid the risk of interference)
Survey Report
- Execution of the site layout & room layout using the appropriate software
- Drafting the observations in an illustrated report

2008 Senegal (2 months) Survey 12 sites SDH to 7 GHz for the Orange-Sonatel Study of the line of sight and the engineering of installation of the international MW backbone between Senegal, Gambia and Mali (12 sites). Optimization of the proposed topology and the bill of quantity (BOQ), respecting the deadlines. Management Team leader of 5 persons.
Libya (3 months) Survey of 200 sites for the Wimax project for LIBYA telecom TECHNOLOGIES Line of sight study and site engineering of more than 200 sites in urban, sub-urban areas and industrial and military sites distributed on the central-west and south of the country. My interventions Conception of the networks topology, Reorganization of the intervention zones, Teams Composition and repartition of the zones of interventions for every team to optimise the schedule proposed to the customer, Optimisation of the proposed topology and the respect for the BOQ and of the planning after a delay accumulated before our interventions.

2006-07 Libya (1 year) Survey of 500 sites PDH and SDH to 7 GHz and 13 GHz of more than 500 sites through all the country for El Madar Study of the line of sight and the engineering of installation of more than 500 sites GSM in urban, semi-urban, rural area and industrial (Oil complex, refineries, steel-making complexes and power plant station) and military sites.
Optimization of the proposed topology which generates an economy on the budget which allowed us to sell the other services (new backbone SDH).

Study of the line of sight and the engineering of installation of 26 sites in sub-urban, rural area among which industrial and military sites Replacement of the network PDH existing by the new SDH, the proposition to transfer the existing installations towards the new pylons and recycle those so got back for the creation of a new network in zones non-covered by the GSM. Optimisation of the proposed topology and the respect for the BOQ and of the planning after a delay accumulated before our interventions. Management team leader of 4 persons.

Tunisia (3months) Survey of 36 sites SDH (A9660) at 6 GHz for the Office National de Tldiffusion (O.N.T.) and Survey 3 sites PDH (A9670) at 7 GHz for Orascom Telecom (Tunisiana) in Tunis City Study of the line of sight and the engineering of installation for GSM network. France (6 months) for ALCATEL Company in the Network Design service.
My interventions consist on Realization and conception of the architectures of microwave networks for several countries. My experience (experiment) and field knowledge were determining (gain of time), as the mastery of the foreign languages as well because working tools (maps) were in Arabic and/or in Russian for particular projects (Iraq, Iran, Estonia and Armenia).
