Job Responsibilities

SITE SURVEYS
RF site selection of over 200 sites.

Design antenna heights for orientation and RF coverage and provide all the details of antenna types.

Trx requirements allocation and tilt requirement details.

Propose the height reduction of the sectors if signal is overshooting and co ordinate with height reduction team.

Responsible for visiting the site were there is no or low coverage and identifying the problem and proposing a new site to improve the performance.

Coordinating and handling new site survey work & survey report maintenance.

DRIVE TEST RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for physical verification of the site as per the planned data and to rectify if any discrepancy.

Responsible for physical optimization of the site if any problem occurs on drive.

Assuring the parameters are within the threshold levels if not reporting to the vendor and solving the problem.

Pre drives and post drives and prepare plots for RX LEVEL, RX QUAL, C/I for further comparison to check the performance of the network.

Bench marking for the comparison of the network.

Responsible for generating log files for customer and vendor.
