Jobs responsibilities
Update the reports of operation & maintenance and send to the Head Office in once in a week.
According to my schedule I used to visit different sites for preventive maintenance.
Carry on the installation project as a local team leader assigned by my superior and submit report of the work status after completion of the project.
Always interact with the line manager of BSS department, follow their instruction on different technical/fault finding issues.
Monitoring the BSC and inform the respective person on the event of generating alarm/occurs problem for the recovering procedure as early as possible.
Report to my superior manager in day to day manner.
Generating report from on site in case of any short of problem and send it to the proper channel.
After getting the information from NOC & BSC about any malfunctioning BTS, I use to rush that site and try to solve the problem in quick response. And wait for the conformation of clearance of alarm from NOC.
In case of hard ware/spare a part goes out of order I tried to replace those with the proper concern of BSS manager.
Responsible for the faulty equipments to repack and send it to the BSS, head office along with report on the fault.

Achievement
