Job Description/ Achievements
Weekly Management Meeting and daily meeting with Vendors
1.RF drive test (TEMS) to eliminate interference. Thus maintaining the quality of the network in the best possible way.
2. Optimizing over 750 macro sites. Optimization process includes planning of GSM antenna orientation, Heights & Tilt, planning of number of radios required for the new sites by studying the traffic requirements and adjacent cells.
3. Post processing and analysis of Drive Log files for sudden drop calls, Coverage and Quality issues.
4. Daily Network Monitoring, BSC and Cell wise Busy hour performances, stat reports for network performances and quality analysis.
5. Improve Quality of service of the specified area through resolution of worst performing cells and cluster optimization. Action plan and implementation of corrective measures for maintaining of all Key Performances Indicators (KPI)
6. Fine tuning of BSS parameters Power control, Quality and power budget handovers, neighboring optimization.
7. Planning of GSM frequencies, BCCH & NBCCH Frequencies, BSIC, HSN, MAIO, LAC, Cell ID & Site ID for new sites and correction of frequencies to reduce interference.
8. Planning of GSM antenna orientations, GSM Height & tilt.
