CAREER SUMMARY
I have 15 years experience in telecommunications, both in core and access network. I have started in ISKRATEL as an engineer for EWSD Siemens public circuit switch exchange. As a team leader I have successfully finished installation and integration of two EWSD switches for Macedonian Telecommunication. For 2 years I was working as DECT link Access Network product support in sales department in ISKRATEL-Slovenia. I was part of ISKRATEL project team responsible for project documentation supply for Simobil, GSM operator in Slovenia. Starting from 2000, I was working as BSS support engineer for SIEMENS GSM projects in Morocco, Iran, Bulgaria and Yemen as member of buy-back agreement between SIEMENS Munich and ISKRATEL. Since 2004, Im working as field support group leader for ONE (Cosmofon), GSM and UMTS operator in Macedonia, coordinating group of field engineers and subcontractors for outsourced maintenance, responsible for operation and maintenance of BTS, NODE-B, SDH&PDH transmission and electromechanical equipment in GSM and UMTS access network.
