SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE

Participated in the design of Neutral Host DAS using LTE and UMTS technologies for Bell Mobility, (Toronto Hospitals, and Toronto Pearson international Airport). Performed Initial surveys and post design review of the projects to meet all conditions and restrictions of the customer. After my review design was sent to contractor for implementation.
Participated in customer trial of new Ericsson mRRUS, mRBS (RBS6401, RBS6501). After trial, Customer purchased several of these units.
Designed Neutral Host system for covering Subway Metro system in Washington DC area. After design, Project moved to implementation stage.
Developed Design guidelines, acceptance criteria, reviewed RF Designs for Mexico and Brazil. As Design supervisor Approving HUAWEI RF Design solutions for all 3G Indoor projects in Mexico and Brazil. After my acceptance project moved to implementation stage.
Designed, participated in implementation and optimisation of Indoor and Outdoor DAS coverage solutions for Alcatel Lucent, T-MOBILE, SPRINT/NEXTEL, VODAFONE and MICROCELL
Implemented and optimised all indoor BTS DAS solutions for T-Mobile, including but not limited to Neighbour definition and assignment, power distribution, Handover parameter optimisation.
Designed PCS/GSM Indoor coverage in downtown Toronto (PATH) and other shopping and business centres in Toronto area. After design project moved to implementation stage. After implementation I participated in Acceptance and optimisation.
Designed and optimized PCS/GSM Macro Coverage system for cities of Barrie, Oakville, Burlington, Bradford, Brampton, Mississauga, Hamilton, Sault St. Marie, Sudbury, Thunder Bay and Windsor areas.
Designed preparation of tender for 2 states (Rajasthan and Maharashtra) for Bell Atlantic, India GSM project

This solution is largely deployed in specific corporate customer facilities. I was responsible for design and implementation of NanoBTS solutions in Maryland, Washington DC and Northern Virginia areas. NanoBTS was used by it self or in conjunction with Fibber Optic DAS (Andrew or Mobile Access)

Performed Indoor Distributed Antenna System design audit and design change to satisfy UMTS design standards in existing DAS systems in New Your City.

NEXTEL Communications, Columbia, MD, USA as RF Design engineer for Distributed Antenna Systems

Developed design guidelines for Outdoor Distributed Antenna System. This system is deployed in downtown areas of Washington DC, Baltimore and Philadelphia as well as other areas where only way to increase capacity is to deploy distributed Antenna System and it is impossible to get permit to build regular cell site.
Done initial design as well as design review according to drive test results for outdoor DAS, Site acquisition and candidates RF feasibility Evaluation together with appropriate Site-Ak manager for NEXTEL (For example Washington DC, Potomac River VA, Baltimore MD, Great Falls VA, Bay Bridge 5 Miles long). ADC was chosen as equipment vendor.
