Actively supervises a multi-national team of 6 personnel and is accountable for the teams performance.
Oversees the fault-isolation and restoration of US Military and Morale DS1 circuits that passes through microwave network portion of the KMoD Al Tahreer Network (in coordination with technicians from the Technical Control Facilities, or TCF, of the US Military Bases).
Constantly checks for the latest software version in vendor website and upgrades the firmware of all the microwave radios in the Network.

Proficiently performed other jobs like configuration/deletion, fault-isolation and service restoration of DS-1 SPVC circuits in the ATM network (Marconi Fore System ASX-1200) plus DS-0 circuits in the AT&T Acculink 740/745 Multiplexer Network.
Performed workshop repairs on faulty microwave modules and components (on the old DMC M-Series Radios, now Aviat Networks). Facilitated the paper works for overseas repair of microwave radio modules /components requiring 2nd Level repairs.
Pre-configured and bench tested radio terminals prior to field deployment.

Prior to the integration of the company into Bayan Telecommunications Incorporated (BayanTel, Inc.), I have briefly headed the Regional Maintenance Center tasked with the management of 7 remote SDH Relay Stations and 4 PDH Spur links in the southern section of the country.
Supervised the installation, commissioning and integration of PDH microwave spur links with in the region.
Provide regular reports to the O&M Manager relative to the performance of the systems in the area, progress report of projects, and any matters requiring upper echelon decisions.
Document the process performed in fault isolation and rectification of failures. Produce or up-date the Troubleshooting Guide as needed.
With the newly operational SDH relay stations, tasked to lead the group to inspect and document any sub-standard installation done and shall be forwarded to the contractor for appropriate warranty corrective actions prior to the Final acceptance of the site.
One of the very few who performs first-level diagnostic, repairs and maintenance to the 25 KVA generator sets of the SDH Remote Relay Stations.
