O2 Wireless Avails VCOMM's Radio Frequency Resources fr Wireless Network Design

Secure Wireless, Inc. has recently entered into a Professional Service Agreement with VCOMM LLC, a leader in integrated network and telecommunication engineering, via its Subsidiary, Earthcom Services, Inc. As per the agreement, VCOMM LLC‘s highly acclaimed and experienced Radio Frequency Engineers will assist in the network design of the Wireless project to be launched in the Dominican Republic. Having the advantage of former experience in the Dominican Republic territory along with the necessary RF design software, VCOMM resources would further complement O2 Wireless/Earthcom Service.

By providing RF engineers and RF software to evaluate the signal strength and direction of every tower site, VCOMM provides the necessary competitive edge to O2 Wireless with improved coverage and efficient placement of towers. According to Val Kazia, President of Earthcom Services, while strategizing for Tower locations several factors have to be considered such as terrain, vegetation, building, distance and every other kind of frequency obstruction. Also most concrete buildings made with rebar construction pose a challenging barrier for transmission of RF signal.

By taking the advantage of VCOMM services for software and engineer training, Earthcom Services can focus on achieving optimal construction strategy thus saving significant amount of time and resources. Val Kazia further stated, “It is also extremely important to know the signal penetration in the proposed coverage areas; this will allow us to provide the best signal strength to our future customers. VCOMM is also currently assisting O2 with RF design planning domestically as well.”
