Digicore completes Minorplanet acquisition to create new Ctrack business in the UK

Tom O’Connor, formerly Managing Director of DigiCore ltd in the UK, will head up the expanded Ctrack business. “This latest development brings together two of the leading vehicle tracking solutions providers in the UK to create an industry leading business. It will provide the potential to create a significantly larger telematics platform in the UK and across Europe and be well positioned to take advantage of the opportunities that this is likely to bring.
