Due to our continued growth and customer demand we are currently recruiting for a qualified, interested and available Business Development Manager to be based anywhere in the U.S.

The Business Development manager will be an individual contributor who, through coordinated efforts with WW Sales, leads business development activities focus on identifying and qualifying new project, markets, and customers in the in-building arena through competitive intelligence and assessments, strategic partnering, channel coordination and building relationships with the wireless service providers and other new customers focused in the HEALTHCARE sector. He/she will also provide the development of strategic partners and system integrators (SP/SI) in the territory and other alternative sales channels, as well as provide direction for marketing and promotional activities as related to Wireless Innovations Group (WIG) in the territory. Develop and Manage the Turn-Key Projects opportunities and business for Wireless Innovations. This individual will be the architect of all Front-End business for WIG, including all coordination efforts with WWS allowing the business unit to focus on the execution, operation and profitability of projects and new product development.

1. Coordinate sales activities for WIG projects with WWS. Direct, Manage, and
Measure activities of WWS, Strategic Partners and System Integrator channels to provide monthly updates of progress and suggest any necessary corrective actions. Performance will be measured on meeting total business order plan in the assigned territory or specific accounts.
2. Qualify all new in-building opportunities prior to involvement of Project resources. Performance will be measured on success ratio, number of operators purchasing projects, and value of profitability of project.
3. Develop Marketing and Sales Strategies to penetrate new customers and customer categories. Assists and/or conducts sales presentations/meetings through joint sales calls.
4. Report on competitive and market trends. Performance will be measured on availability of accurate projections of market price, competitor share, and
WIG’s market share for services
5. Demonstrated ability to regularly contact, influence and negotiate with both internal and external individuals on complex issues.

POSITION ROLE
Initiates contacts/visits with, and may assist sales in managing difficult prospects. Anticipates the customer’s needs and identifies appropriate solutions. May assist others with difficult sales.

KNOWLEDGE
In depth knowledge of the wireless industry and familiar with latest and upcoming trends. Detailed knowledge of WIG and competitor’s products and services, as well as experience growing and supporting in-building wireless solutions for federal, state and local government entities

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Responsible for an assigned territory or specific account within WIG. Territory may be defined by geography or specific accounts.

WORK PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT
Operates under considerable latitude. May serve as project or initiative leader.

CUSTOMER RELATIONS
Establishes and maintains influential relationships at all levels of internal and external customers/prospects. Reinforces and builds up strategic relationships

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Engineering degree or other technical discipline and 7+ years related experience;
Must possess excellent oral, written and presentational skills; and
Must be able to respond to inquiries and complaints with tact and diplomacy
