Responsibilities
The incumbent is responsible for assisting VP in setting exemplary leadership and best practices in the department and functional areas.
Articulate corporate strategies, plans into actions and measurable goals, ensure on going assessment, evaluation, budgeting, upgrade network projects, deploying value added services, feasibility studies and forecast of new technologies.
Provide periodic updates on the network development to seniors.
Ensure that the set targets are well communicated and teams are motivated to deliver quality results.

Requirements
Qualification
Minimum Bachelors preferably Masters in Telecom Eng. / Electrical Engineer .
Experience
12-14 years experience in telecommunication environment preferably in similar roles & function.
Core Competencies
MUST have demonstrated outstanding capabilities in Understanding of Engineering Standards & Procedures and application of Telecom Engineering Knowledge.
Should have comprehensive understanding of Access Network, Switching and Transmission Management, Network Budgeting.
Should be able to handle all matters related to Network Project Management,Modernization and Development of Telecom networks, Strategic Planning.
Should know how to conduct Overall Governance & Turn-Around Management in the department.
