Responsibilities
The incumbent is responsible for strategic as well as operational activities, implementation of companys structure that includes complete communication.
Ensure that change is communicated positively and employees are motivated.
Assist Senior Manager in execution of strategies related to organizational design, structure and processes conducting company-wide salary survey, developing various reports for top management.
Ensure that HR policies are aligned with Business Plans and a good feedback system is in placed to make improvements in HR policies and procedures as and when required.

Requirements
Qualification
Minimum Bachelors preferably Masters in Human Resource Management, Public Administration or similar qualifications.
Experience
8 years experience with preferably 3-5 years in a in similar role & function in telecommunication environment.
Core Competencies
MUST have demonstrated outstanding capabilities in Human Resources/Talent Management & Knowledge of Functional Interface Areas and Applications.
Should have Awareness of present Global and Regional HR Trends & comprehensive understanding of Budgeting & Financial Procedures for Wages and Compensation Management.
Should be able to handle all matters related to Change Management, Employee Services Management, HR Communication Management etc .
Should know how to conduct Overall Governance & Employee Retention Management in the department.
