MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead CLM team and define overall direction

Approve all BTL offers

Provide input to campaign managers and debottleneck potential issues

Overall responsibility for KPIs and P&L of CLM team

KPIs

Overall incremental revenues and EBITDA from CLM

Number of campaigns launched and number of subscribers targeted per week

Requirements
Qualification
Minimum Bachelors preferably Masters qualifications in ares of speciality.
Experience
Minimum 8 years with 3-4 years of work experience preferably in Marketing CLM in Telecom environment.
Experience in designing and implementing price plans & promotions, preferably a large number of BTL offers for churn reduction and usage stimulation.
Skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
Proven leadership abilities
Responsible for service delivery and quality
Prior experience in managing and mentoring a large team
Demonstrated interpersonal and team skills
Decision making and Problem Solving/Analytical skills
Schedule Flexibility
