What we need is Packet Core (SGSN, GGSN, DNS, Firewalls, Routers) planning and optimization competence expert

Responsibilities
End-to-end Packet Core system knowhow Understanding of the network elements at system architectural level. Understand system components and their roles, tasks, interactions, interfaces, used protocols, functions, functional limitations and possibilities.
Packet Core optimization, performance analysis & improvement having experience in network performance problems (long application response times, low throughput etc.), and on the introduction of new services with the existing network infrastructure. Identify network bottlenecks by measurements and create improvement suggestions that can be implemented in a real network.
Packet Core scalability and resilience Packet Core network dimensioning skills and architectural comparisons for different configuration alternatives.

Requirements
Qualification
Minimum Bachelors preferably Masters in Telecom Eng. / Electrical Engineer .
Experience
3-5 years experience in telecommunication environment preferably in similar roles & function.
