Description and requirements

Establish team and management structure (train, mentor, coach) in order to maintain a fully functioning RA department
Partner with all stake holders Customer Service, Sales, Product & Services, IS, Network Operations, Legal, and Finance teams to design, develop, and implement best practices to assess, manage, and prevent fraud
Perform regular reconciliation and analysis of the various revenue streams e.g. HLR / CDR / Invoice / Recharge Card Reconciliations etc.
To establish a fully functional RA department processes and system enhancements based on trends and patterns
