Details Qualification/Experience Requirements

1. Engineering Degree/HNC/HND or equivalent in their specific discipline. (Mechanical/Process/Electrical plant maintenance)
2. A minimum of 5 years first-hand experience of CMMS new build or optimization.
3. A minimum of 5 years first-hand experience of identifying and registering Materials in a CMMS.
4. A demonstrable working knowledge of SAP PM module.
5. Understanding of SCE management & implementation in SAP.
6. A demonstrable working knowledge of task lists, MCPs, maintenance items and maintenance plans.
7. Defining and Executing the Bill Of Materials Development.
8. A demonstrable working knowledge of SAP PM & MM module.
9. Specific projects undertaken to support experience should be detailed and referenced in the CV
10. He she should be fully familiar with maintenance engineering processes of different disciplines and sequencing of work flow.
11. Candidates with Mechanical Process Engineering with extensive computerized maintenance management system build or working experience preferred.
12. Previous experience of SAP CMMS system preparation would be a distinct advantage
13. Previous experience of working in CIS countries would be a distinct advantage
14. Active involvement in the training of local national employees

1. Skills required in populating the CMMS for oil and gas plant and equipment.
2. Asset Structure build working to client specifications and guidelines
3. Asset register, Functional Location\'s, Equipment, Bill of Materials, Class and Classification, Object assignments
4. Safety Critical Elements Identification
5. Preparation of Maintenance definition
6. Performance Standard Implementation
